Expanded PVC Foam Sheet is a lightweight, expanded rigid PVC foam sheet that is used for a variety of applications including signs and displays, exhibit booths, photo mounting, interior design, thermoforming, prototypes, model making, and much, much more. It can be easily sawed, stamped, punched, die cut, sanded, drilled, screwed, nailed, or riveted. It can be bonded using PVC adhesives. Its properties include excellent impact resistance, vew low water absorption and high corrosion resistance. It is suitable for printing, especially screen printing, and is compatible with a wide range of inks. It is ideal for vinyl lettering and can be painted with a brush, airbrush, or roller.

Available in thicknesses between 1-25mm

Sheet Sizes: 48"x96", 48"x120", 60"x120"

Sheet color options are:

Black

Beige, light gray, dark gray, red, light yellow, dark yellow, light blue, dark blue green are available in 3mm and 6mm thicknesses
